# About the Affiliate Program

## How It Works

Earn 5% recurring commission on every customer you refer to SQS Hub. When someone signs up for a hosted OpenClaw plan through your unique referral link, you earn a 5% commission on their monthly subscription — for the lifetime of their account.

## Getting Started

1. **Sign in** to [hub.sqs.chat](https://hub.sqs.chat) and click **Affiliate** in the sidebar
2. Click **Become an Affiliate** and complete registration
3. Submit your tax form (W-9 for US residents, equivalent for Canada)
4. Once approved, you will receive your unique referral link
5. Share your link — every signup through it is tracked automatically

## Commission Structure

- **5% recurring commission** on referred customer subscriptions
- Paid monthly for account balances exceeding $50
- Tracked automatically — no manual reporting needed
- Real-time dashboard shows clicks, conversions, and earnings

## Tax Forms

To receive payouts, you must have a valid tax form on file:

- **US residents:** W-9 form (EIN or SSN)
- **Canadian residents:** Business Number (BN) and equivalent declaration

Tax forms are submitted during onboarding at /affiliates/onboarding.

## Eligibility

The affiliate program is currently open to residents of the **United States** and **Canada**. We verify tax information before approving payouts. Self-referrals are not permitted.

Share it on your website, social media, email newsletters, or directly with clients. Every signup is attributed to you automatically.

- View clicks, conversions, and commissions
- Track earnings and payout history
- Update account and tax information
- Generate and copy referral links
