Credits and Billing — Understanding Your Usage
Your SQS Hub plan includes LLM credits that power AI features across your Claw. Here is how credits work, how to track them, and what to do when you need more.
Credit balance
Your current credit balance appears on your Hub dashboard. The indicator shows four status levels:
- Healthy (green) — Plenty of credits remaining, full-speed service
- Low (yellow) — Running low, consider topping up soon
- Critical (orange) — Performance may be limited
- Exhausted (red) — Service degraded until you add credits
New your plan includes credits. Studio accounts start with 15,000 credits.
How credits are consumed
Each LLM request consumes credits based on the model used. Free models cost 0 credits. Premium models cost more per request. Credits are deducted per API call, chat message, and AI interaction across your Claw.
Adding credits
Click “Top Up” from the credit banner on your dashboard, or visit the Plans page to upgrade your plan for a higher monthly credit allowance.
Usage tracking
Your dashboard shows a real-time breakdown of credit consumption by service. You can view historical usage to forecast when you will need to top up.
Unused credits
Unused credits from your monthly allowance do not roll over to the next month. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
