Deployment Lifecycle — What Happens When You Provision a Claw
When you sign up and choose a plan, your Claw VPS is provisioned through several stages. The entire process takes about 5–10 minutes.
Stages
Provisioning — Infrastructure is being set up. We allocate a dedicated VPS, configure networking, and install the base operating system. Your Claw appears on your dashboard within 60 seconds of signup.
Deploying — Services are being installed and configured. OpenClaw, Sidechat, your dashboard, and all plan-specific services are deployed via our automated pipeline. Status updates appear in real time on your dashboard.
Healthy — All services are running and responding. You receive a notification and can click “Open Dashboard” to access your Claw. Your monitoring begins immediately with 5-minute health checks.
Degraded — One or more services need attention. If a service becomes unresponsive, your dashboard shows which service is affected. Most issues resolve automatically within 15 minutes via our auto-heal system.
